From Cali to the 915
In 2015, our family of eight traded California beaches for El Paso sunsets. And we brought a little secret with us: our family’s legendary fish taco recipe.
By 2017, we hit the streets with a food truck, serving tacos so good people were lining up before we even parked. The word was out, the 915 had never tasted seafood like this.
Fast forward to 2023, we leveled up and opened the doors to our first restaurant. What started as a family recipe turned into a full-blown El Paso vibe: bold flavors, good times, and tacos worth talking about.
